Tailor Fit For A More Sexy And Beautiful You

We will always want to have that ideal body to fit our beautiful clothes and accessories, with such we should also consider our predisposed differences in our faculties.

By Lawrence C.

Renaissance artists had this definite measure for beauty in their creation, its all about achieving the perfect proportion of the body that is the head must be 1/8 of the body (The Vitruvian). This was their golden measure in making aesthetic sculptures during the time. Although ones beauty now can be emphasized by fashionable clothes, accessories and good set of make up, it would be better if the beauty that we possess would shine by having a little of this and sticking primarily to the basics a good skin, hair and nails and specially having a fit and sexy body that we can parade our good clothes with.

You can let the dermatological services address your skin and the salon for your hair, but one must take control of one’s exercise and diet. Have a substantial meal complete of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants as well as accordingly to ones B.M.I. (Body Mass Index). B.M.I. is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both men and women .This one can know by coordinating with your local fitness instructor or by checking BMI online calculators. From this you will have an idea of how much food you need to consume. Just remember that we have different activities and lifestyles and it is best to tailor fit our diet and exercise activities.

As unique individuals we have differences in trouble spots that one needs to work at. Some would have a hard time working out on their abs, some on legs and arms or ones butt. We should discern what those parts are and exert more effort on these parts, although a better approach would be a holistic plan that is engagement of the whole body for the work-outs combined with an effective diet.

In achieving a more beautiful and sexy self, first would be our initiative to exercise and to improve ourselves. Then it would be the discipline that we instill and practice in our diet committing time and effort in our exercises, up until all of these become a habit that our day would not be complete without it.
